Hopefully she can convince her/him that it's better to be out in the world than hiding away with the monsters you're comfortable with. That's a pretty amazing monster too, though it doesn't seem especially vicious despite the demonic attributes (nicely styled, by the way). Rounded teeth aren't as dangerous to climb over ,and the big fella looks rather relaxed and unconcerned, even sleepy.

The heroine is very sweet, with that great comforting and empathetic smile (amazing what those three little lines right of her eye can do for the mood). Let's hope she can coax out the "prisoner" and make a new, braver friend.
