Goblin King by secondlina Goblin King by secondlina
This is what happens when I watch movies from the 80's while I draw.

But all kidding aside, I love Labyrinth in all it's cheesy bowie glory.

Not gonna lie - when I saw Jareth, I thought for a moment that he was Dark Jak.

...

That's not a bad thing, by the way. The picture's great.

Oh, wow! I love how stylized it looks, and the contrast between the colors!

Oh sweet baby jesus, I love this.
Labyrinth is one of my favorite movies ever (if not my favorite, period), and I love how you've stylized the characters. One of the reasons I adore Namesake is because it reminds me of Labyrinth, to an extent. The subtle colors really work here to separate the characters, and your lines, as always, are stunning.

Ah! Awesome! Labyrinth is such a huge thing for me, i'm glad someone likes it as much as I do. I wish I could do a graphic novel version one day with weird designs...

I would love to see that. I think you'd be able to strike the right tone, easily.
Speaking of which, did you hear about this prequel comic that's in the works? I really hope it goes better than that disaster of a "manga" they put out a couple years ago.

Yup, I hear! I also read the manga-ish sequel. The covers were great, but the rest was meeeeh.
